IT Project Manager (m/f)

Our customer is a renowned financial institution. It employs around 1,000 people, and has experienced strong growth in recent years, which is continuing. In this context, they are seeking to recruit two IT Project Managers to work on both technological and functional topics related to specific financial regulations. The IT team comprises 130 members, and this position will be part of the PMO division, which currently consists of two individuals.
Poste
- Supervising a portfolio of projects and products and ensuring its alignment with
strategic objectives; - Operationally monitor the main components of projects and products (scope,
budget, schedule, risks); - Communicating regular reports on project progress to management and the
relevant stakeholders; - Writing and monitoring calls for tender for external services;
- Identifying, assessing and monitoring the risks associated with IT projects and
products; - Identifying, assessing and monitoring GDPR aspects associated with IT projects
and products; - Contributing to the supervision of production deployments (change
management); - Coordinating the resolution of incidents (incident management)
Profil
- Minimum degree required: BAC + 4/5 in IT, project management or
economics/management (Master); - At least 3 years of experience in project management or PMO;
- Written and spoken fluency in English and French.
Knowledge of Luxembourgish and German will be considered as an asset; - Very good command of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Scrum).
Certification will be considered an asset; - A previous experience in the financial sector will be considered as an asset;
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team;
- Proactive, rigorous and methodological;
- Excellent drafting skills, as well as good analytical synthesis and communication skills.
