Junior Corporate Administrator (m/f)

Our client is a real estate investment firm with a strong focus on strategic opportunities across Western Europe. They are looking for a Junior Corporate Administrator who possesses strong analytical skills, is excited for diverse challenges, eager to contribute, and has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Position
- Manage entities under your responsibility, including organizing meetings, preparing agendas, drafting minutes, and ensuring proper document execution, while supporting corporate governance for both Luxembourg and other entities.
- Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, addressing queries and managing KYC requests, while ensuring timely communication and compliance.
- Support payroll administration, HR tasks, and employee records management.
- Oversee office management and facilities coordination, ensuring smooth operations.
- Undertake routine office clerical tasks where necessary, including filing, correspondence, and document organization.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
Profile
- A university degree in business administration or a related field, with a background in corporate law, is an advantage.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Understanding of Luxembourg corporate law
- Strong ability to handle various tasks with a proactive approach, demonstrating a willingness to take on challenging responsibilities and a commitment to personal and professional growth.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, with the ability to adapt quickly, prioritise tasks effectively, and manage multiple responsibilities while meeting deadlines efficiently.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French is advantageous
