Already one year and new offices for The Recruiter. Founded in December 2013, the company asserts its positioning on the new information technology sector in Luxembourg and is positioned as one of the leaders in this market. The firm has successfully led many mandates for Luxembourg and international companies for the recruitment of profiles such as project managers, sales and IT directors, development engineers, IT infrastructure architects, digital marketing specialists, web developers… The company also extends its services to industry and financial services sectors.
New services for 2015. The firm pursues a simple and ambitious objective: putting the customer relationship at the center by distinguishing itself through the quality of service and the measurement of results. Initiated in mid-2014 to respond to a growing demand, the Company Solutions services offering is diversifying through the proposal of agile and flexible HR solutions to companies. The Recruiter is also developing in-house consultancy services, behavioral evaluations as well as personalized support programs in the context of career transitions. Building on the know-how of three experienced consultants, The Recruiter places itself at the heart of the evolutions of the human resources profession through its interactive and personalized approach.
New Year — new address. While the Private Business Center on boulevard d’Avranches accompanied the firm during its first year of activity, the new Urban Garden building will welcome The Recruiter at 36 rue du Laboratoire in Luxembourg starting January 1, 2015.
