A graduate in economics and marketing, Nicolas worked as Head of Human Resources for a multi-country start-up operating in the gaming sector. He set up the entire HR department and hired the whole team in 7 countries (Europe and Africa).

Nicolas is certified D.I.S.C. & MBTI (level I and II) and is fluent in English and French.

Marilyn manages direct-approach recruitment mandates and internal HR projects, acting as Head of Human Resources for companies needing support on their internal HR projects and processes such as employee assessment, the setting-up of annual performance reviews, HR documentation (job descriptions, professional objectives), manager coaching and ad-hoc projects.

Marilyn holds a Master in Human Resources specialised in labour law from Université Panthéon Assas II in Paris and from LLLC Luxembourg.

Marilyn is qualified on the DISC, MBTI and Golden tools. Marilyn is fluent in French and English and has knowledge of German.

Amandine is Senior Manager at The Recruiter.

After an experience in finance, notably in Big 4, Amandine moved to the Human Resources field, first in talent acquisition, then as a generalist and HR BP within a financial institution in Luxembourg.

Amandine puts her experience to work on the recruitment of varied profiles, notably accounting and finance, and works on HR matters with clients.

Amandine holds a Master in applied finance from the University of Melbourne and a Master in human-resources management from Paris Panthéon Assas.

Amandine is fluent in English and French.

Diane Denninger is HR Consultant at The Recruiter.

After a Master in law and a first experience in a law firm in France, Diane moved to the human-resources sector within a major financial institution.

Diane specialised in talent acquisition for varied profiles, notably Sales, Risk, Legal and Finance. Diane also has solid experience on every topic related to internal recruitment, in particular on the project side.

Diane supports her contacts in French, English and Spanish.

Nevena is a human-resources specialist with proven expertise in recruitment and selection, complemented by experience in team management and customer support. She excels in recruitment across various sectors, including IT, marketing, accounting and sales. Within THE RECRUITER, Nevena is responsible for the Background Check activities.

She holds a Master in human-resources management from the University of Belgrade and a Bachelor in Iberian studies.

She is fluent in Serbian, English and Spanish.

Jules is HR Consultant at The Recruiter.

A 2023 graduate of an HR Master obtained in France and of a Bachelor in Business Administration obtained in Melbourne, Jules has HR experience both in-house (automotive sector) and externally in the field of interim and permanent recruitment.

Jules joins our recruitment and headhunting team to carry out mandates in the Finance, IT and Industry sectors.

Jules is fluent in French and English.

Xavier is HR Consultant at The Recruiter.

A 2020 graduate of a Master in Human Resources, he started his career in headhunting and HR consulting in Paris, where he also developed expertise in organisation and salary analysis.

In 2025, he joined The Recruiter and works on recruitment and headhunting mandates, putting his consulting approach to work in identifying and attracting talent.

Cyrielle Rimlinger is our Office Manager at The Recruiter.

As Office Manager, Cyrielle is the person who will welcome you within our company. Cyrielle coordinates every operational, administrative and support aspect that ensures the smooth daily running of the office.

Before joining THE RECRUITER, Cyrielle worked for more than 10 years within an international Human Resources services group in Luxembourg, in the « payroll management » department.

Cyrielle holds a Bachelor in Human Resources obtained at CESE in Metz.

Cyrielle is fluent in French and English and is at your disposal for any support on your HR projects.
