Could you, in a few words, summarize your company’s activity? « The Recruiter is an HR consulting firm established in Luxembourg for 10 years that brings together three activities around HR services: Executive Search and recruitment of experts, HR consulting under the HR Advisory brand, and the collection of professional references via the Background Check entity. We support companies during the key moments of the professional life of employees, from their hiring to the development of their skills. »
You have just renewed your membership at the Paperjam+Delano Business Club. What are the reasons that pushed you to do so? « The Paperjam+Delano Business Club is, above all, a partnership of more than 15 years, full of flagship events and diverse and interesting conferences, during which our network of acquaintances has continually grown. It was natural for us to renew our partnership and benefit from the very best in professional events in Luxembourg, by meeting inspiring contacts and discovering unusual venues. »
What are you looking for there? And what do you think you can offer to the members you will meet? « We want to be close to the job market, to the issues of employees and executives. Human resources have rarely been so under pressure on the market; we offer them the chance to discuss these issues and bring our expertise. We have know-how in recruitment and direct approach, whether in Luxembourg or in/outside Europe. Our experience in selection brings a stone to the edifice in the development of companies in the Grand Duchy. »
