This final step of the recruitment process supports an informed hiring decision, by identifying the candidate most suited to a specific position.

The skills assessment relies on an objective method to measure a participant's aptitudes, drawing on several sources of information from various professional situations and contexts.

What is assessed and how?

The Assessment Center is made up of a set of varied exercises, including personality questionnaires, cognitive tests, interviews and role-plays (case studies), in order to provide an objective evaluation of interpersonal skills.

It is a complementary HR tool, allowing you to form an informed opinion before a hire or a promotion.

The Development Center, although inspired by the Assessment Center methodology, focuses on skills development.

Thanks to individualised feedback and coaching, it allows you to build a personalised training programme adapted to the collaborator's needs and the company's objectives.
