Our client is a private investor with a diversified portfolio spanning operating businesses, listed securities, private equity and real estate. As part of the continued development of its Luxembourg-based family office and investment company, we are seeking a Corporate Administrator to support the governance, administration and day-to-day operations of both structures.

Working closely with the Head of Compliance, the successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining corporate governance standards, coordinating stakeholder relationships and supporting the operational requirements of Luxembourg-based entities.

Vos missions

  1. Corporate Governance & Administration
  • Maintain corporate records and statutory documentation for a portfolio of Luxembourg entities.
  • Assist with the organisation of board and shareholder meetings, including preparation of agendas, board packs, minutes and corporate documentation.
  • Support the maintenance of Luxembourg substance requirements and related governance documentation.
  • Manage updates relating to corporate information, beneficial ownership registers and statutory filings where required.

 

  1. Stakeholder & Service Provider Coordination
  • Act as a point of contact for banks, legal advisers, accountants, corporate service providers, auditors and other external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate requests for corporate information and documentation from service providers and counterparties.
  • Assist with the completion and maintenance of KYC, AML, CRS and FATCA documentation.
  • Support interactions with fund administrators, investors and other stakeholders involved in investment fund structures.

 

  1. Reporting & Operational Support
  • Prepare and coordinate of information required for regulatory and corporate reporting purposes.
  • Support reporting processes involving Luxembourg entities and investment structures.
  • Provide administrative support to strategic projects and initiatives linked to the continued development of the Luxembourg platform.

Votre profil

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Law or a related discipline.
  • 3–8 years of experience within a family office, fiduciary, corporate services provider, law firm or similar environment.
  • Good understanding of Luxembourg corporate law and governance requirements.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Hands-on, proactive and comfortable working within a small and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English and French is required.
