In this context, we are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer who will work in close interaction with the investment, operations, and investor relations teams, supporting the ongoing development of the internal and external technology platform.

Vos missions

Working closely with the COO and CTO, you will help shape, build, and scale the technology platform. This role offers end-to-end ownership across product development, infrastructure, and continuous improvement.

 

  1. Platform Development
  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications for internal and client-facing platforms.
  • Build scalable, secure, and high-performing systems.
  • Develop APIs and integrations with internal tools, data sources, and third-party services.
  • Ensure long-term maintainability, reliability, and scalability of the platform.

 

  1. AI & Data Solutions
  • Develop AI-driven capabilities to support investment, operations, and investor relations workflows.
  • Design and implement automation solutions to streamline internal processes, enhance reporting capabilities, support knowledge management, and improve client engagement.
  • Manage and optimize data pipelines to ensure data quality and accessibility.

 

  1. Product Ownership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Partner with teams across the organization to identify opportunities and improve processes.
  • Own the product lifecycle from planning and development through testing and release.
  • Continuously enhance user experience, platform performance, and system reliability.

 

  1. Infrastructure & Security
  • Apply best practices in security, access management, and system architecture.
  • Deploy and manage applications in modern cloud environments.
  • Monitor system health, optimize performance, and support incident resolution.
  • Contribute to documentation, testing, and technical governance.

Votre profil

We are looking for a hands-on builder with strong technical expertise and product instincts who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The position is designed to offer internal career development opportunities on a mid-term basis.

 

Main requirements

  • 5+ years of full-stack software development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of modern frontend and backend technologies.
  • Proven track record of designing, building, and deploying production-grade applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical, results-driven approach.
  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and strong sense of ownership.
  • Clear, direct, and effective communication skills.
  • Professional fluency in English.

 

Nice to have

  • Experience in financial services, asset management, fintech, or related industries.
  • Familiarity with data engineering concepts, including ETL pipelines, databases, and data modeling.
  • Experience with AI tools, including LLM-based applications and APIs.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and DevOps practices.
  • Understanding of security principles, authentication, encryption, and secure system design.
  • Experience building internal tools or client-facing platforms, ideally involving financial data, reporting systems, analytics, or third-party data integrations.
