Airline Security Quality Control Specialist (m/f)

Join a well-established Airline company based in Luxembourg and play a pivotal role in safeguarding aviation security across international operations. As an Airline Security Quality Control Specialist, you will directly contribute to the safety of passengers, crew, and assets by ensuring strict compliance with global security standards — making a tangible impact from day one.

You’ll be part of a close-knit team of 4 security specialists, reporting directly to the Head of Aviation Security. With a multicultural environment and a strong focus on continuous improvement, this is your opportunity to shape security excellence in a respected airline with a global footprint.

As an Airline Security Quality Control Specialist, your work will directly protect the integrity of the aviation operations. You will ensure that every security process meets the highest international standards, helping prevent risks and maintain trust across the network.

You will conduct regular audits and inspections, identify vulnerabilities, and lead corrective actions to strengthen our security posture. By collaborating with internal teams and external partners, you’ll ensure seamless compliance with ICAO, IATA, and national regulations.

In this role, you will:

• Lead security audits and inspections across key operational areas
• Analyse findings and drive implementation of effective corrective measures
• Develop and deliver training to enhance security awareness and performance
• Ensure full alignment with evolving aviation security regulations
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve security protocols
• Document incidents, audit results, and compliance status with precision
• Support the continuous improvement of our security quality framework

You are a dedicated security professional with hands-on experience in aviation security or quality control. You combine technical knowledge with a proactive approach to risk management and continuous improvement.

We require:

• Proven experience in aviation security, quality assurance, or regulatory compliance
• In-depth understanding of ICAO, IATA, and national aviation security regulations
• Strong analytical skills with a systematic approach to problem-solving
• Fluency in English (required); French or German is a valuable asset

These would be real assets:

• Aviation security certification (e.g., recognized by EASA or national authority)
• Experience with quality management systems such as ISO 9001
• Familiarity with audit methodologies and inspection frameworks
• Excellent communication skills to train and influence security teams
• Ability to manage regulatory deadlines and shifting priorities effectively
