Business Development Executive – German Speaking (m/f)

Our client is a well-established international company operating in the tourism and travel industry. To strengthen its commercial team, we are looking for a dynamic, German-speaking Business Development Executive who will play a key role in developing and nurturing relationships with professional travel partners located in Luxembourg and Germany.

This position is ideal for a commercially minded professional who enjoys building long-term partnerships, identifying business opportunities and representing a leading tourism brand across the market.

Vos missions

Main Activities 

  • Develop, manage and strengthen relationships with a portfolio of travel agencies and other B2B partners.
  • Visit partners regularly to build long-term commercial relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Drive sales performance by promoting commercial offers and supporting partners in achieving shared business objectives.
  • Analyse sales performance, monitor market trends and recommend actions to maximise commercial results.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate commercial campaigns and ensure an excellent partner experience.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, workshops, networking events and other industry gatherings.
  • Travel occasionally to discover new destinations, support their commercial development and strengthen market knowledge.

Votre profil

  • At least 3 years of experience within a travel agency, tour operator or another tourism-related commercial environment.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a genuine interest in business development and relationship management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and lasting partnerships.
  • Team player who enjoys collaborating across departments while working autonomously in the field.
  • Comfortable analysing sales performance and translating insights into commercial actions.
  • Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written. French and/or Luxembourgish would be considered an asset.
